Langley Fitness Classes

Strength & Movement

Our strength & movement classes are circuit based weight training and cardio workouts that are catered to everyone, regardless of previous experience, abilities or injuries. They are aimed to get you moving and help you be active and reach your health and fitness goals!

Sessions are an hour long and run by a Kinesiologist. They are open to anyone regardless of previous experience or abilities! And don’t worry – these are fun sessions for all fitness levels! If you have any injuries, be sure to let our Kinesiologists know ahead of time and they will give you alternate exercises.

Thursdays- 4:00 PM & 6:00 PM

Saturdays- 8:00 AM, 9:00 AM & 10:00 AM

Emma Swanson, B.Kin

Emma recently graduated from the University of the Fraser Valley with her Bachelor of Kinesiology with a specialization in exercise science. 

Growing up, Emma danced competitively, and the field of exercise rehabilitation never crossed her mind until she found herself injured and itching to get back to dance. Through rehabbing multiple injuries over the years, she found a love for the field of Kinesiology. 

While obtaining her degree, Emma spent 5 years working in a variety of different rehab and fitness settings helping clients from all walks of life,  from Parkinson’s patients to the general population to athletes. Through this time, she has developed a passion for movement and rehabilitation, leading her to obtain her BCAK certification after graduating. 

Emma is excited to bring her passion for movement to Rebound and she hopes to help others achieve their goals.

Credentials:

  • B.Kin with a specialization in Exercise Science, University of the Fraser Valley
  • BCAK Registered Kinesiologist
