Langley Bootcamp

Did you know Rebound now offers Bootcamps?

At Rebound Sport and Spine we know how important it is to have a body that works and performs optimally. Our Bootcamps are designed with this in mind and are to help you be active and reach your fitness goals!

Sessions are an hour long and run by a Kinesiologist. They are open to anyone regardless of previous experience or abilities! And don’t worry – these are fun sessions for all fitness levels! If you have any injuries, be sure to let our Kinesiologists know ahead of time and they will give you alternate exercises.

Bootcamps are held in our 1500 sq foot gym space!

Monday/ Wednesday 6pm, 7pm, 8pm
Tuesday/Thursday 6pm, 7pm, 8pm
Saturday 8 am, 9 am, 10 am
